Treasure Sparkly Cat Lid Urn
15.5cm Tall
400mls capacity
A beautiful and unusual tribute to a much-loved feline companion, this one-of-a-kind ceramic urn features a peacefully curled cat, lovingly sculpted onto the lid. The little cat gives this piece a wonderfully personal quality — a quiet reminder of the treasured companion whose memory it is made to hold.
The urn is finished in a deep, sparkling aventurine glaze, creating a rich, almost metallic surface that catches the light beautifully. As you move around the urn, the subtle sparkle and changing bronze, charcoal and copper tones reveal themselves in different ways, making this a particularly striking piece of ceramic art.
A note about the lid
This urn has an unusual slip-over lid design. Rather than having an internal flange or locking rim, the lid simply fits over the top of the urn and is intended to be permanently sealed with silicone once the ashes have been placed inside.
I have reflected this unusual construction in the price, so this beautiful one-off urn is offered at a reduced price.
Once properly sealed, it provides a secure and permanent resting place, while the sculpted cat remains beautifully perched above — almost as though keeping watch over the precious memories within.
Please note: because this is a handmade one-off ceramic piece, there may be subtle variations and small imperfections that are part of its individual character.
